Sealcoat
Sealcoat or pavement sealing is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt based pavements to provide a layer of protection of the elements; water, oils, and ultraviolet rays. Sealcoating should be done every 3 years to hold the integrity of the existing asphalt and have an aesthetically pleasing look. Sealcoat should also be applied after the first harsh season (winter) of a new asphalt pave.
Patching
Asphalt patching is the most cost effective way to protect your asphalt surface and foundation. By repairing potholes or highly damaged areas you get an instant improvement in looks and safety. While protecting further damage and erosion to your asphalt. Patching is done in areas that are damaged beyond repair to an existing pave. Asphalt patches have a clean saw cut around the perimeter of the damaged area
Crackfill
Hot rubber is used to fill cracks in asphalt pavement to prevent further damage caused from harsh weather, moisture, ultraviolet rays, and traffic. This service is commonly offered with sealcoating to rejuvenate the existing asphalt.
Grading
Grading is done prior to an asphalt pave. Grade consists of compacted dirt and rock while creating slope to direct flow of water. This is done to ensure that no sitting water occurs on pavement.
Paving
Asphalt is a material commonly used to surface; roads, parking lots, and driveways. It consists of rock, sand, and oils. Asphalt is laid in layers and compacted. A new pave gives a home or business more value, and aesthetically pleasing look. After a pave has been completed a sealcoat should be completed after its first harsh season (winter).
